Spa Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Spa Manager will lead Noor Spa, a luxury wellness sanctuary within Grand Hyatt Kuwait City, delivering premium spa and wellness experiences. You will ensure the spa operates at the highest standards, creating lasting relationships with discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the spa, aligning with Grand Hyatt brand standards.
• Guide and support spa staff to deliver exceptional treatments and services.
• Develop and implement strategies to position the spa as a leading luxury wellness destination.
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and performance metrics to ensure profitability.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a manager in a 5‑star luxury spa.
• Strong leadership track record in luxury hospitality operations.
• Completed an accredited program in massage and beauty therapy.
• Preferably 2+ years performing massage and beauty treatments in a resort or hotel spa.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with problem‑solving abilities in fast‑paced environments.
