Spa Manager – Luxury Spa Operations

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Spa Manager to lead the Talise Spa at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel and Spa in Kuwait. The role involves overseeing daily operations, driving team performance, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury 5‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, guide the team, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement the department training plan, conduct hands‑on training and ensure quality standards.
• Prepare and monitor the spa budget, execute marketing initiatives and up‑selling strategies to maximise revenue.
• Monitor guest feedback, analyse competitor offerings and introduce innovative treatments, experiences and products.
• Coordinate maintenance with engineering, manage equipment inventory and ensure cost‑effective operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations and support inter‑departmental collaborations.

Required profile

• Internationally recognised qualification in the spa industry or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience in a 5‑star luxury spa.
• Computer literate with strong working knowledge of MS Office.
• Well‑organized, process‑ and result‑oriented.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of integrated wellness approaches and market trends.
