About the role

Four Seasons is seeking a dedicated Female Spa Therapist to deliver a tranquil and luxurious spa experience for guests at its flagship resort in Kuwait City. The role combines expert treatment delivery with exceptional guest service in line with Four Seasons standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, escort them to changing and treatment rooms, and ensure a warm, professional atmosphere.
• Prepare treatment and shower rooms, maintaining hygiene, cleanliness, and full product stock.
• Perform facial and body treatments following Four Seasons protocols, including aromatherapy, reflexology, deep‑tissue, and Swedish massages.
• Customize services by reading guests’ needs to ensure relaxation and satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries, address concerns promptly, and report any complaints to management.
• Upsell spa products and services to meet departmental sales targets and maximize revenue.

Required profile

• Female candidate with proven experience in a luxury spa environment.
• Strong knowledge of a variety of spa treatments and products.
• Ability to maintain high standards of professionalism, hygiene, and guest care.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
