Specialist – Change Management

About the role

The Change Management Specialist will lead Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) activities for medium to high‑complexity projects, ensuring that business requirements are validated and that system changes are smoothly implemented across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in business requirements walkthroughs and validate proof‑of‑concepts in test environments.
• Create and present comprehensive BAT plans, test cases, and risk‑priority assignments.
• Identify, train, and supervise business and offshore testing resources.
• Execute BAT test cases, record results, and monitor progress against schedules.
• Report system readiness, failures, and compliance with BAT deadlines.
• Support implementation planning, on‑site validation, and issue management during project close‑out.
• Facilitate UAT status meetings, maintain issue logs, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps and risks in business requirements.
• Excellent coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders and testing resources.
• Experience leading BAT or similar acceptance testing processes in complex projects.
• Proven ability to document, communicate, and escalate issues effectively.
