Speech Pathologist – Day Shift (Arkansas)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team on a day shift, providing comprehensive therapeutic services to a diverse patient population. The role requires independence, accountability, and a commitment to professional growth within a supportive clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders across all ages.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with facility competencies.
• Participate in departmental meetings and continuing education activities.

Required profile

• Valid Arkansas State Board license for Speech-Language Pathology.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Ability to work days and occasional weekend shifts.
