About the role
The Speech Pathology department is seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join the team on a day shift, with occasional weekend coverage. The role requires independence, accountability, and a commitment to professional growth while delivering high‑quality care to a complex patient population.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders across all ages.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain all facility competencies and stay current with best practices.
Required profile
- Valid Arkansas State Board license for Speech‑Language Pathology.
- Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
