Speech Pathologist – Day Shift

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Speech Pathologist to join our Speech Pathology department on a day‑shift schedule. The role involves delivering comprehensive speech‑language services to a diverse patient population, including children and adults, while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders across all ages.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust them based on patient progress.
• Provide direct therapy sessions during day shifts, with occasional weekend coverage as needed.
• Document assessments, treatment notes, and outcomes in accordance with facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Complete all required facility competencies and maintain compliance with state licensing standards.

Required profile

• Current Arkansas State Board license in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and be accountable for patient outcomes.
• Commitment to ongoing professional and departmental development.
• Willingness to obtain CPR certification if not already held.
