Speech Pathologist – Day Shift

About the role

This full‑time position supports a diverse patient population by providing speech‑language services on a day shift schedule, including occasional weekend coverage. The role emphasizes independent, accountable care and encourages professional growth within the department.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders across all age groups.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with facility competencies.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in departmental meetings and continuing education activities.

Required profile

• Active Arkansas State Board license for Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Commitment to professional development and departmental improvement.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability for patient outcomes.

Required skills

• CPR certification (can be obtained after hire).
