Sr. HR Officer - Recruitment

About the role

The Senior HR Officer – Recruitment will lead manpower planning and execute end‑to‑end recruitment strategies to secure high‑quality talent for the organization. You will partner closely with hiring managers and external agencies to meet both local and overseas hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with manpower planning.
• Manage high‑volume hiring through the Recruitment Management System and external job boards.
• Source, screen, shortlist, and present candidates to hiring managers.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate with external recruitment agencies for mass hiring and overseas recruitment campaigns.
• Organize interview schedules, logistics, and on‑day coordination for local and overseas candidates.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and oversee candidate onboarding, ensuring smooth transition to Kuwait.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and generate timely reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience with Kuwaitization programs is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with modern sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with a Recruitment Management System.
