Sr. Landscape Architect

About the role

The Senior Landscape Architect leads and manages a portfolio of landscape architecture projects from concept through completion. This position blends strong design vision with technical expertise and client‑focused communication to deliver sustainable, functional, and aesthetically compelling outdoor environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead landscape architecture projects, developing plans, schedules and budgets under guidance.
• Create innovative, sustainable designs that respond to client needs, site context and environmental conditions.
• Produce high‑quality design drawings, detailed specifications, 3D visualisations and persuasive presentations.
• Provide technical expertise in site grading, earthwork, drainage, irrigation design, plant selection and material specification.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning ordinances and environmental standards.
• Act as primary client contact, presenting concepts, gathering feedback and maintaining alignment with project vision.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and manage client expectations.
• Supervise, mentor and review the work of junior landscape architects and designers.
• Integrate advanced sustainable design principles, including water conservation and native plant use.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading landscape architecture projects.
• Strong design vision and technical proficiency in grading, drainage, irrigation and planting.
• Ability to manage client relationships and communicate design intent effectively.
• Leadership skills to mentor junior team members.
