Staff Analyst – Business Support & Operations

About the role

Boeing is seeking a Staff Analyst to support multiple business functions across the site, ensuring compliance, efficient operations, and effective stakeholder collaboration. The role blends administrative, financial, HR, and facilities responsibilities to keep the organization running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Create quarterly, monthly and annual reports and presentations, including PMR, CDRL, KPI and other site metrics.
• Maintain staffing reports, coordinate interview logistics, and update organizational charts.
• Process visit, base pass, car pass requests, exit letters and salary certificates.
• Assist new hires with onboarding, expense reports, and exit procedures.
• Support business services as a CRI focal point, monitor CRI projects, and act as a Lean Ambassador.
• Help with contract preparation, vendor negotiations and procurement support.
• Participate in Control Account Management meetings and finance reviews.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in a business support services role.
• Strong influencing skills when working with managers and supervisors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
