About the role
The Staff Housing Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant living environment for hotel staff in the resort-like property in Kuwait City.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and maintain staff accommodation rooms, corridors, and common areas to Four Seasons standards.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Assist with room inspections before new employee arrivals and after departures.
- Replenish room and common area amenities as needed.
- Support laundry, waste disposal, and other cleaning duties.
Required profile
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, preferably in hospitality or staff accommodation.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a positive, reliable attitude.
