Stock Associate – Retail Operations

About the role

The Stock Associate will support daily operations at Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle stores by maintaining optimal stock levels, receiving deliveries, and keeping the stockroom organised. This role ensures that products are ready for display and sale, contributing to a smooth shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify deliveries against company guidelines, reporting any discrepancies.
• Assemble products according to brand manuals and attach barcodes as required.
• Maintain a tidy and well‑labelled stockroom, ensuring all internal processes are followed.
• Conduct daily floor walks, replenish shelves, and report out‑of‑stock items to visual merchandising and management.
• Support store promotions, mid‑season and end‑of‑season sales as directed.
• Identify, label, and isolate damaged or defective stock.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• 1–2 years of experience in a retail, logistics or stock handling environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of RFID systems.
