Stock Controller – Retail & Warehouse

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Stock Controller to join the head‑office team of a leading toy and pop‑culture distributor in Kuwait. The role ensures inventory accuracy across warehouses and retail outlets, supporting timely replenishment and smooth product flow.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels in warehouses and retail stores.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, full physical inventories and investigate discrepancies.
• Process receipts, transfers, returns and adjustments in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse and retail teams to ensure timely replenishment.
• Track fast‑moving and slow‑moving items, flagging overstock or out‑of‑stock risks.
• Allocate stock across branches based on demand and sales trends.
• Generate inventory reports and provide insights for purchasing and forecasting.
• Support new product launches and promotional stock planning while ensuring proper handling, storage and labeling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in stock control, inventory or warehouse management, preferably in retail/distribution.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
