Stock Coordinator

About the role

The Stock Coordinator ensures that merchandise flows smoothly from receipt to the shop floor. This role is pivotal for maintaining accurate inventory, high product quality, and timely replenishment to support sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive merchandise and verify quantities both physically and electronically.
• Inspect product quality and report any damages or discrepancies to the store manager.
• Classify, tag, and store items according to store procedures for quick retrieval.
• Assist sales staff in restocking shelves to maintain product availability.
• Maintain accurate inward and outward inventory records and generate related reports.
• Monitor and report missing price tags.
• Support stock‑take processes and ensure security vigilance throughout the store.
• Uphold housekeeping standards and be flexible to work extended hours during sales or festival periods.

Required profile

• Physically fit with the ability to lift a minimum of 10 kg.
• Attention to detail and strong sense of security awareness.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, especially during peak periods.
• Commitment to maintaining high housekeeping standards.
