Store Associate

About the role

RIZE is looking for a Store Associate to manage daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain a clean, stocked, and secure retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle store opening and closing procedures, including shift handovers and daily reporting.
• Provide customer service, recommend products, and drive sales through upselling.
• Process POS transactions, cash and card payments, and maintain petty cash.
• Maintain stock levels, shelf presentation, pricing accuracy, and report reorder needs.
• Monitor product quality, conduct damage and expiry checks.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and secure, supporting loss‑prevention efforts.
• Support product launches, promotions, and visual merchandising.
• Conduct monthly and annual inventory audits.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Experience in health, fitness, sports, or nutrition retail.
• Comfortable with cash handling and POS/payment systems.
• Sales‑driven with strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to follow structured checklists.
• Well‑groomed, presentable, and a team player.
• Available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid, transferable residency (Article 18 or Article 22) in Kuwait.
