Store & Inventory Controller

About the role

WOW MILKY is seeking an organized and trustworthy Store & Inventory Controller to manage stock and daily movements at its Central Kitchen in Aswaq Al‑Qurain, Kuwait. The role demands high integrity, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure while supporting kitchen and branch operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive goods, verify quantity, quality and expiry dates.
• Organise the store using FIFO principles.
• Record all inbound and outbound stock with precision.
• Prepare inventory requests for branches and the central kitchen.
• Monitor stock levels and generate daily/weekly reports.
• Track expiry dates, wastage and damaged items.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for chilled and frozen products.
• Maintain store cleanliness and systematic arrangement.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate stock needs with kitchen staff and branch managers.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in store or inventory management, preferably in food service or central kitchen environments.
• Strong honesty, accountability and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Residency in Kuwait and ability to start immediately.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Solid understanding of FIFO and expiry‑date control.
