Store Manager – Kuwait

About the role

Sephora is seeking a Store Manager for its Kuwait location to lead a dynamic team and deliver an exceptional beauty experience. The role combines client‑focused service, sales leadership and operational oversight in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the store floor, ensuring coverage and a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
• Coach and train team members to meet commercial and operational KPIs, using tools such as Love Meter and CEE.
• Monitor and improve client satisfaction, analysing feedback and implementing action plans.
• Drive sales performance across Sephora’s own brand, exclusive and selective lines, and achieve market‑share targets for services.
• Organise internal competitions and motivate staff to exceed hourly and daily targets.
• Apply company policies on product presentation, pricing, merchandising and partner relations, and provide feedback to management.
• Collaborate with the Supervisor and Area Manager on results analysis and strategic initiatives.
