Store Manager – Luxury Retail (Kuwait)

About the role

Minimalist.ae is expanding its luxury retail footprint to Kuwait and seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead one of its new locations. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, staffing, and floor supervision.
• Achieve and own daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, focusing on conversion, average transaction value (ATV) and units per transaction (UPT).
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, stock availability, correct pricing, and accurate inventory handling.
• Implement loss‑prevention measures and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Lead customer experience on the floor, handling VIP clients and complex situations.
• Manage the team: scheduling, task allocation, performance check‑ins, and fostering a high‑energy environment.
• Drive onboarding, training, and continuous product knowledge updates for staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of retail store management experience in Kuwait, preferably in luxury watches, jewelry or related sectors.
• Relevant academic degree (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Management) is preferred.
• Professional certifications in sales, management or project management are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
