Store Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

The Store Manager will lead daily retail operations, drive sales performance and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for achieving profitability targets while maintaining the store’s visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, schedule, coach and evaluate store staff.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Manage inventory levels, place orders, conduct stock counts and enforce safety procedures.
• Maintain store appearance, visual merchandising and cleanliness.
• Prepare regular reports on sales trends, expenses and operational performance.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and uphold high service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a perfume or cosmetics environment.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret business data.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sheets, reporting).
