Storekeeper – Spare Parts (Warehouse)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Storekeeper to manage our Spare Parts Warehouse, ensuring timely availability of parts for workshop operations.
Key responsibilities
- Control inventory, receive and issue spare parts, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Organise warehouse locations for high‑accuracy parts handling.
- Utilise warehouse management systems and Oracle ERP for daily operations.
- Prepare inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate closely with the Workshop Manager and technicians to meet parts demand.
- Conduct cycle counts, annual stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in spare‑parts warehouse management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management and warehouse operations.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Transferable residency (Visa 18) and immediate availability.
