Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation (Freelance, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants to help shape AI systems that learn high‑level business reasoning. This freelance, remote position involves translating real consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced language models.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate LLM‑based grading systems.
• Collaborate independently to create end‑to‑end examples from problem structuring to client‑ready recommendations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on project experience at a top‑tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and produce client‑ready deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
• No deep technical background required; onboarding on lightweight tools will be provided.
