Supervisor/Lead – Transient Aircraft Services (Secret Clearance)

About the role

KBR is seeking a Supervisor/Lead to manage day‑to‑day Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) operations in Southwest Asia. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will ensure safe, efficient aircraft arrival, marshaling, servicing, turn‑around and departure in a high‑tempo, 24/7 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce ZERO‑Harm workplace standards, FOD prevention, tool control and PPE usage.
• Supervise TAS personnel during assigned shifts, coordinating aircraft flow and mission‑critical tasks.
• Schedule and manage shift coverage to maintain 24/7/365 service levels, including surge and short‑notice missions.
• Inspect and audit work for compliance with the Performance Work Statement, Technical Orders and airfield procedures.
• Monitor performance trends, identify risks and escalate issues to the Site Manager while implementing corrective actions.

Required profile

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Proven leadership experience in airfield or aircraft ground handling operations.
• Ability to work in austere, high‑tempo environments with government stakeholders.
