Supply Chain Lead, Measurement

About the role

Proserv is seeking a Supply Chain Lead to oversee procurement, supplier management, inventory control and logistics for its measurement business. The role ensures that materials and services are delivered on time to support manufacturing and project schedules while optimizing cost, quality and lead times.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering and contract negotiation.
• Manage supplier relationships, set KPIs, conduct performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels through demand forecasting, stock replenishment and obsolescence management.
• Coordinate logistics to guarantee on‑time delivery to manufacturing, project and customer sites.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, project management and commercial teams to align supply‑chain actions with business needs.
• Develop and enforce procurement policies, procedures and best practices for quality, HSE and commercial compliance.
• Oversee purchase order processing, supplier onboarding and approval workflows.
• Identify and mitigate supply‑chain risks such as single‑source dependencies and regulatory changes.
• Drive cost‑reduction initiatives and support budgeting, reporting and performance metrics.
• Occasionally support on‑site activities at customer or supplier locations and attend project meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, supply chain or inventory management, preferably in industrial, manufacturing or energy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management and supplier performance management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
