Supply Chain Manager (Engineering & HVAC)

About the role

Gulf Group, a leading engineering firm in HVAC solutions and facility management, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise end‑to‑end supply chain operations across procurement, logistics, warehousing and inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory control and demand planning.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Lead supplier evaluation, contract negotiation and performance management.
• Ensure timely availability of materials for projects, maintenance and trading activities.
• Optimise inventory levels while reducing excess and obsolete stock.
• Monitor KPIs related to procurement, inventory accuracy, logistics costs and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Projects, Operations, Finance and Service departments.
• Drive continuous process improvements and maximise ERP utilisation.
• Lead, mentor and develop the supply chain team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• MBA or CSCP/CPIM/CIPS certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Background in engineering, HVAC, construction, industrial or technical trading companies.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management and international sourcing.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
