Supply Chain Officer

About the role

The Supply Chain Officer supports end‑to‑end supply chain operations, ensuring that products are available on time for restaurant operations. The role acts as a bridge between suppliers, warehouses, finance, and the operations team to keep the business running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and orders according to approved guidelines.
• Maintain accurate supplier master data, including contact details, pricing, payment terms and product information.
• Keep procurement records such as Certificates of Origin, Supplier Business Reviews, Blacklist, Supplier Database and Approved Product List.
• Escalate quality issues, delivery delays and commercial discrepancies to the Supply Chain Manager.
• Coordinate with Finance and suppliers to resolve invoice and delivery variances.
• Support warehouse and operations teams with urgent procurement and replenishment needs.
• Identify and raise potential supply‑chain risks that could affect product availability.
• Prepare and distribute MIS reports on purchasing activity, supplier performance and inventory movements.
• Maintain organized documentation for audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and internal controls.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement or supply‑chain coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple records accurately.
• Good communication skills for interacting with suppliers, finance and operations teams.
• Proactive attitude to identify and mitigate supply‑chain risks.
