Supply Chain Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner to ensure material availability for production, maintain optimal stock levels of raw and packaging materials, and support finished‑goods availability for trade. The role will coordinate production planning, forecasting and procurement activities within an FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Study the daily master production schedule and set production plans based on output, efficiency and demand.
• Run Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to guarantee material availability for production lines.
• Provide monthly material forecasts to procurement and conduct supply analysis for trade business.
• Create, follow up and submit purchase requests for raw, trading and distribution items.
• Identify and highlight supply‑chain gaps to prevent distribution issues.
• Extract Bill of Materials (BOM) and related data from the ERP system and maintain item codes.
• Contribute to planning budget activities and monitor finished‑goods/RPM SLOBs.
• Maintain master data, generate production summary reports and develop plan‑vs‑actual analyses.
• Prepare demand and RCCP data for the factory and support monthly S&OP meetings.
• Update planning KPIs, report monthly SLOB actions and provide technical support to all supply‑chain departments.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Engineering, Industrial or Business Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply‑chain planning within the FMCG sector.
