Supply Chain Technician for KC-130J (Kuwait)

About the role

The Supply Chain Technician supports the KC-130J program in Kuwait by managing material inventory, the supply warehouse, and all logistics functions required for mission readiness. Working closely with the Supply Lead, the technician acts as the primary point of contact for all supply, material, and logistics issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the KC-130J supply warehouse and site‑level inventory.
• Prepare, coordinate, track, and document all Repair of Repairable (ROR) transactions.
• Ensure compliance with KAF 4790 series manuals, V2X, and local logistics policies.
• Maintain written procedures for Government Furnished Property control and accountability of shipments.
• Use Illustrated Parts Breakdowns (IPB) to determine material requirements and order parts.
• Liaise with adjacent contractors and agencies to procure high‑priority components and consumables.
• Establish and maintain stocking levels of aircraft components to meet maintenance schedules and contractual Mission Capability rates.

Required profile

• Experience managing material inventory and supply warehouse operations at a site level.
• Familiarity with KAF 4790 logistics procedures and related manuals.
• Ability to act as the central point of contact for logistics and supply issues.
• Strong attention to detail for documentation, reporting, and compliance.
