Supply Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supply Coordinator to join the Operations team at Snoonu in Kuwait. In this role you will be the central point for managing rider availability across delivery zones, ensuring that every shift is fully covered and that riders have the information they need to perform their jobs.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate rider availability across assigned delivery zones.
• Handle end‑to‑end rider onboarding, including document collection and verification.
• Communicate daily schedules, assignments and any changes to riders.
• Track rider attendance, performance metrics and compliance with company standards.
• Report supply gaps and coverage issues to the Supply Lead.
• Maintain and update rider records in operational systems.
• Assist riders with queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics or coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Operations or a related field.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Clear communicator able to keep teams and riders aligned.
• Calm under pressure and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
