Supply Technician II – Maintenance Support Team

About the role

The Supply Technician II supports the Maintenance Support Team (MST) by managing documentation for work orders and overseeing the OMDAC‑SWACA calibration program. Based at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, the role ensures inventory, storage, and maintenance tagging are performed accurately to sustain readiness for communication and signal operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage decentralized and decontrolled inventory, including low‑value supplies and equipment.
• Reconcile receipts, storage records, and documentation for supplies and equipment.
• Assist communication sites in sourcing hard‑to‑obtain repair parts and components.
• Provide in‑storage maintenance for equipment and operate the PP&C center.
• Track workflow, production control, and reconcile work orders, delivering management reports.
• Maintain consolidated listings of shop and bench stock for fixed and mobile maintenance shops.
• Monitor work request status, anticipate bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Screen maintenance and inspection reports for accuracy and generate monthly supply and readiness reports.

Required profile

• Knowledge of supply operations, policies, and regulations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a host‑nation visa and driver’s license for Kuwait.
• Experience with inventory and storage management in a logistics or defense environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate reports.
