System Analyst (Kuwaiti National)

About the role

We are seeking a System Analyst to join our IT team in Kuwait. The role is centred on monitoring, maintaining and supporting the organisation’s computer systems to ensure optimal performance, security and user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance and apply OS patches and security updates.
• Identify and resolve system issues promptly, ensuring continuous operation.
• Provide first‑line support to end‑users, gather new requirements and assist with training.
• Design and implement new system requirements in collaboration with users.
• Document troubleshooting steps, create user manuals, how‑to guides and keep documentation up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Kuwaiti national (as indicated in the job title).

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of computer networks.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware.
• Familiarity with operating systems and Office software.
• Ability to troubleshoot software issues.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries.
• Understanding of relational databases such as MS SQL, Oracle or MySQL.
• Basic experience with an object‑oriented programming language (e.g., C# or Python).
