About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our restaurant management group. In this role you will shape our workforce by attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for the hospitality sector, while supporting a vibrant company culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and job specifications.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and university partnerships.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluate cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from screening to offer negotiation.
• Maintain a robust candidate database and ensure clear communication with prospects.
• Provide recruitment metrics and insights to continuously improve the hiring process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices for the restaurant industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
