About the role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for Al Saab Holding Group, ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning hiring practices with company values and local regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview candidates and coordinate hiring decisions with managers.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines and support workforce planning.
- Collaborate with leadership on employer branding and recruitment strategy optimization.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Strong full‑life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in construction, design or retail.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and uphold inclusive hiring practices.
Required skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience using HRIS tools.
- Familiarity with online job platforms.
