Technical Architect / Drafting Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Technical Architect / Drafting Engineer to join our team in Kuwait. The role focuses on producing high‑quality technical, engineering and architectural drawings and supporting construction teams throughout project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and finalize shop drawings and as‑built drawings.
• Develop detailed technical, engineering and architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit or other BIM software.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers and site teams to ensure design accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes and industry standards.
• Maintain and update drawing records and related documentation.
• Provide technical input and clarifications to construction teams as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for multidisciplinary teamwork.
• Ability to work on‑site and meet project deadlines.
• Previous experience in the construction and finishing industry is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with Revit or other BIM‑related software.
• Solid understanding of technical and engineering drawing standards.
