Technical Professional – GBA (Kuwait)

About the role

The Technical Professional – GBA will provide advanced drilling engineering support to customers in Ahmadi, Kuwait. Working under general supervision, you will design multi‑PSL jobs, deliver well support, and conduct post‑job analysis while building strong technical relationships with the client base.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑PSL job plans and provide comprehensive well support.
• Perform post‑job analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Serve as the technical expert for ATP and TP staff on critical jobs.
• Maintain job schedules and liaise with customers on performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Business Development to keep customers informed on technology.
• Initiate, review, and close CPI (Correction, Prevention, Improvement) actions.
• Mentor Associate Technical Professionals within the service centre.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of drilling industry experience, including at least 5 years in Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD).
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
• Availability for a 60 × 30 rotation schedule and willingness to travel to Kuwait.
