Technician & Mechanic – Air Compressors and Diesel Engines

About the role

We are expanding our technical team in Shuwaikh, Kuwait and are looking for experienced technicians and mechanics to support air‑compressor systems and diesel engine services. The positions are full‑time and require a valid Kuwait driving licence and transferable residency.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair air compressors and air dryers, preferably Ingersoll Rand equipment.
• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on industrial machinery.
• Carry out diesel engine diagnostics, overhauls and preventive maintenance using Perkins EST or Caterpillar ET tools.
• Collaborate with distributors or dealers to ensure parts availability and service quality.
• Document service activities and maintain equipment logs.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with air‑compressor systems or diesel engines.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence and transferable residency (Visa 18).
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.

Required skills

• Air compressor and air dryer maintenance (Ingersoll Rand preferred).
• Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
• Diesel engine diagnostics and overhauls (Perkins/Caterpillar).
• Use of Perkins EST and Caterpillar ET diagnostic tools.
