Tendering & Sales Engineer – Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Tendering & Sales Engineer to lead end‑to‑end RFQ and RFP processes, design technical solutions and support pre‑sales activities for our clients in Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Own RFQs/RFPs from analysis through final submission, preparing accurate quotations, BOQs and compliance documents.
• Engage with clients to clarify requirements, support pre‑sales discussions and recommend optimized technical solutions.
• Coordinate with OEMs and distributors to build integrated solutions across IT infrastructure, power systems and electro‑mechanical equipment.
• Support the sales team during negotiations and project closing stages.
• Ensure full compliance with tender specifications and Kuwait regulations.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in tendering, pre‑sales or sales engineering.
• Proven ability to manage tenders independently and handle client‑facing pre‑sales activities.
• Experience managing multi‑disciplinary scopes covering IT, electrical and mechanical domains.

Required skills

• Data networking and server/storage solutions.
• CCTV and Access Control Systems (ACS).
• Public Address Systems (PAS) and Q‑management systems.
• Power equipment: UPS, batteries, capacitor banks, solar systems, lighting fittings, wiring devices, cables and generators.
• Electro‑mechanical equipment: AC units, compressors, conduits, pumps and motors.
