Textile Printing Designer & Machine Operator

About the role

Karyan Group is seeking a skilled Textile Printing Designer who can also operate printing machinery. The role combines creative design of fabric prints with hands‑on management of sublimation and direct‑to‑fabric (DTF) printers to deliver high‑quality textile products.

Key responsibilities

• Create original textile and fabric print designs, including seamless repeat patterns.
• Develop placement prints and prepare print‑ready files for production.
• Operate sublimation and DTF printing machines, ensuring accurate colour matching and consistent output.
• Coordinate with the production team for sampling, bulk runs, and quality control.
• Stay updated on fashion and textile printing trends to keep designs contemporary.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in textile printing and design.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
• Experience with fashion, uniforms, home textiles, or custom fabric printing is a plus.
