About the role

Join the award‑winning Talise Spa at Jumeirah Messilah Beach as a Thai Therapist. You will deliver high‑quality Thai massage treatments to guests, ensuring a memorable and relaxing experience in a luxurious beachfront setting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform professional Thai massage services according to spa standards and with meticulous attention to detail.
• Advise guests on available spa programmes, treatments and products, providing full product knowledge.
• Promote spa and body‑care products, encouraging upselling where appropriate.
• Maintain treatment rooms, ensuring they are fully set up before each session and replenished promptly.
• Manage stock and supplies in line with minimum inventory levels.
• Record treatment details and product usage accurately for repeat‑guest tracking.
• Communicate guest needs, equipment issues or service requests via the appropriate guest cards.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development under the guidance of a designated trainer.
• Report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and nametag, and uphold strict hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Relevant experience as a Thai therapist in a luxury spa or hotel environment.
• Professional certification in Thai massage or related therapeutic modalities.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to advise guests confidently.
• Attention to detail, reliability and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
