About the role

As a Therapist you will deliver professional spa treatments to guests, creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience that supports their well‑being. You will work closely with the Spa Manager to ensure high standards of service, hygiene and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a range of spa treatments including massages, facials and body therapies.
• Assess each guest’s preferences and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Maintain a clean, organized and tranquil treatment room.
• Promote spa services and upsell additional treatments.
• Record bookings, treatment details and guest information accurately.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns to improve satisfaction.
• Collaborate on updating treatment protocols and menu offerings.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices and safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Operate in an environmentally friendly and safe manner, adhering to company policies.
