Ticketing & Administration Executive

About the role

We are a travel company based in Salmiya seeking a proactive Ticketing & Administration Executive to manage airline reservations and support daily office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process airline ticket reservations, issuance, re‑issuance, and cancellations.
• Handle customer travel inquiries and provide travel‑related assistance.
• Manage day‑to‑day office administration, documentation, and record‑keeping.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain accurate office records.
• Perform general administrative and office management duties.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a travel agency environment.
• Proficiency with airline reservation systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
• Good knowledge of international ticketing and fare calculations.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, email, internet).
• Well‑organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Transferable visa (Article 18) preferred.
