Transient Aircraft Services Technician – Secret Clearance (Kuwait)

About the role

The Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) Technician supports 24/7 flight‑line operations for U.S. and coalition forces in Kuwait. Working under the AFCAP V program, you will ensure safe, efficient aircraft ground handling, servicing, and turn‑around in a high‑tempo, austere environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform aircraft marshaling, parking, chocking, grounding, and positioning according to Technical Orders and airfield procedures.
• Execute arrival and departure services, including general ground handling tasks required for mission readiness.
• Conduct operator‑level inspections and servicing of vehicles and support equipment used in TAS operations.
• Maintain strict tool control and participate in foreign object debris (FOD) prevention activities.
• Document aircraft servicing records, shift logs, and inspection checklists.
• Communicate hazards, equipment malfunctions, and operational issues to supervisors promptly.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a 24/7/365 flight‑line environment.
• Valid Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
• Commitment to zero‑harm safety standards and proper use of PPE.
