Travel Sales Agent

About the role

OFFTO is a fast‑growing travel platform in Kuwait that connects GCC travelers with curated travel packages. As a Travel Sales Agent you will work on‑site at the Crystal Tower, handling inbound leads from the app and WhatsApp, designing suitable itineraries and closing bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads received via the mobile app and WhatsApp into confirmed travel bookings.
• Issue flight tickets, manage changes, reissues and refunds using the Amadeus GDS.
• Book hotels, insurance and additional services directly with suppliers and Destination Management Companies.
• Maintain detailed records of every customer interaction in the company CRM.
• Build lasting relationships with travelers and achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.

Required profile

• Currently residing in Kuwait with a transferable residency permit.
• Minimum three years of experience in travel sales with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills.
• Experience handling customers through live chat and CRM systems.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Amadeus GDS, including ticketing, reissues and refunds.
• Experience using CRM platforms to document sales activities.
