Urgent Document Controller Needed for Airport Project

About the role

A leading construction company is seeking a highly organized Document Controller to join the Kuwait International Airport Terminal 2 project on an urgent basis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, control, and maintain all project documentation in line with procedures and standards.
• Register, track, distribute, and archive incoming and outgoing documents, drawings, submittals, RFIs, and correspondence.
• Ensure accurate filing and retrieval of records in both electronic and hard‑copy formats.
• Maintain document control logs and databases, keeping information up‑to‑date and accessible.
• Coordinate with project departments, consultants, subcontractors, and clients regarding document submissions and approvals.
• Prepare document status reports and assist in monitoring workflow.
• Support project teams with document management and administrative activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience as a Document Controller on large‑scale construction projects, preferably airport or infrastructure.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with document management systems.
