Urgent Hiring: High Voltage Electrical Technicians (15 positions)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Electrical Technicians specialized in high‑voltage work for a five‑year contract with a multinational corporation in Fahaheel, Kuwait. The position is on‑site and focuses on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high‑voltage electrical systems in industrial environments. Candidates will work closely with engineering teams to ensure reliable power delivery and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, testing and commissioning of high‑voltage equipment, including transformers, switchgear and cable systems.
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on electrical infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults quickly to minimize downtime and production loss.
• Ensure all work follows local safety regulations and company safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, test results and equipment status.
• Collaborate with project engineers and supervisors to support ongoing projects and upgrades.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience with high‑voltage electrical works.
• Prior experience in industrial or field operations, preferably in power generation or heavy‑industry settings.
• Technical qualification such as ITI, basic technical certification or a diploma in electrical engineering or related field.
• Ability to work independently on site and follow detailed technical instructions.
