Urgent Store Keeper Position (Full-Time)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Store Keeper to manage the maintenance and space of its store in accordance with corporate policies. The role involves coordinating the receipt, storage, and issuance of items while ensuring inventory levels meet minimum requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, storing, and issuing of stationery and office equipment.
• Maintain up‑to‑date stock records and monitor minimum inventory levels.
• Purchase stationery, office equipment, and furniture; manage AMC contracts.
• Handle complaints related to office equipment and miscellaneous items.
• Analyze market trends, add new vendors, and negotiate with existing suppliers.
• Coordinate with the central store, third‑party vendors for SIM cards/Wireless/MW, and government entities for local fiber.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in inventory control, procurement, or store management.
• Ability to solve material problems independently and prepare reports for auditors or management.
• Strong data‑entry skills and proficiency in maintaining computer‑generated inventories.
