Vault Officer – Cash & Secure Services

About the role

The Vault Officer (CSS) will be responsible for the secure handling, verification, and storage of customer valuables within Brink’s vault in Kuwait. Reporting to the Supervisor, the role ensures strict compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards while supporting operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Implement robust vault control processes to enhance security and operational efficiency.
• Strengthen compliance with group policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements related to cash handling and storage.
• Conduct integrity checks on all containers and control authorized access.
• Coordinate with internal staff and department managers for container releases based on approved requests.
• Perform daily audits of containers and provide accurate summary reports to management.
• Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities for vault handling and security practices.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to adhere to the G4SSS/AMSS (QHSSE/ISMS/ITSMS) management system and related policies.
• Proactive approach to QHSE practices and leadership.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure 100% integrity checks of containers.
• Capability to maintain strict control over container releases to authorized personnel only.
