Videographer

About the role

Dopa Design, a creative agency in Kuwait, is looking for a full‑time Videographer to join its on‑site team. You will be responsible for turning creative briefs into compelling video content that supports branding, marketing campaigns, and client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce video assets for social media, advertising and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers and copywriters to interpret briefs and ensure visual consistency.
• Set up cameras, lighting rigs and audio equipment for studio and on‑location shoots.
• Organise and maintain video equipment, schedule shoot dates and secure locations.
• Provide input on visual storytelling to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in video production, from concept to basic post‑production.
• Hands‑on expertise with camera operation, lens selection and settings for diverse environments.
• Strong understanding of lighting techniques to achieve consistent, high‑quality footage.
• Knowledge of composition, framing and visual storytelling for marketing and social media.
• Portfolio showcasing recent commercial, branding or social‑media video work.
