Visiting Assistant Professor – Human Resources Management

About the role
The College of Business and Economics is seeking a full‑time Visiting Assistant Professor to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Human Resource Management and related management subjects. The appointment combines classroom instruction with scholarly research and service to the department.
Key responsibilities
- Teach Human Resource Management and management courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
- Develop and update curriculum in collaboration with faculty.
- Conduct scholarly research and publish findings in reputable journals.
- Participate in departmental service activities, such as committee work and student advising.
Required profile
- Ph.D. in Human Resource Management or a Ph.D. in Management from an accredited, NABAQ‑approved university.
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching, supported by evaluations or awards.
- Evidence of an active research agenda and publications.
