About the role
The Visual Merchandiser ensures that planograms and branding materials are correctly implemented across showrooms, enhancing the customer experience through attractive product displays.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and update planograms, clearing phase‑out articles as required.
- Adjust displays to improve customer experience and find creative product arrangements.
- Highlight signage and promotional graphics in appropriate locations.
- Manage supplier stands and branding within showrooms.
- Monitor gondola implementation and maintenance.
- Coordinate with showroom teams to secure additional space for supplier stands.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of merchandising and planogram experience, preferably in home furniture and accessories retail.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
- Strong organizational abilities and ability to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience using planogram software such as JDA.
